Who your personal data may be shared with

We recognise that your information is valuable and will take all reasonable measures to protect your information while it is in our care (see how below).

Your personal data may be transferred to:

• third party service providers (such as MailChimp) who store/process information on our behalf, including providers of information technology, identity management, website hosting and management, data analysis, data back-up, security and storage services;
• third party payment gateway providers (such as Prestashop and PayPal) to process your payment for our products.

Please note that Alison At Home uses www.checkout.com, a merchant payment provider, to process payments. www.checkout.com may store data outside the EEA, however, it will take all reasonable legal, technical and organisational measures to ensure that if your data is transferred outside of the EEA, it will be treated securely and with an adequate level of protection compared to the level of protection offered within the EEA.
